Warehouses near Tegel arport in Berlincatch fire

Several warehouses have caught fire Sunday afternoon in Tegel in western Berlin, according to local fire department's Twitter updates.

A total of 110 firefighters are working to prevent the fire from spreading further. No casualty has been reported.

The fire department has issued a statement on its Twitter account, asking people to avoid the affected area while urging local residents to close windows and doors and switch off ventilation and air conditioning,  Xinhua reported.
